Shipping Countries & Costs
UK delivery will be made within 2-3 working days at a rate of £3.00. European delivery costs £5.00. International delivery costs £10.00. Allow up to 10 days for European and International deliveries.
All orders will be dispatched using the Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded Signed For Mail service or international equivalent. That means it is dispatched first class and requires a signature upon receipt.
We aim to dispatch all goods within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Cancellation & Returns
Please follow these instructions for returning items to Claudia Strand:
1. All items must be returned within 14 working days of their original delivery.
2. Please post returns to the following address:

Please also include the invoice or a copy of it and a note detailing whether you would like a refund or to exchange the items.
3. When returning an item we strongly suggest you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office when you send an item back.
