Shipping Countries & Costs
UK delivery will be made within 3-5 working days at a rate of £3.00.

All orders will be dispatched using the Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For Mail service (2nd Class) or international equivalent. That means it requires a signature upon receipt.

We aim to dispatch all goods within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Next Day Delivery is charged at £7.50 (UK only). Please select UK Mainland (Next Day) from the drop-down list of shipping options when you enter your address details. Please note that we can only arrange for Next Day Delivery on orders placed before 3pm. Please note that orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be sent on Saturday to reach you by 1pm on Monday. European delivery costs £8.00. International delivery costs £12.00. Allow up to 10 days for European and International deliveries.


Cancellation & Returns
Please follow these instructions for returning items to Claudia Strand:

1. All items must be returned within 14 working days of their original delivery.

2. Please post returns to the following address:

Please also include the invoice or a copy of it and a note detailing whether you would like a refund or to exchange the items.

3. When returning an item we strongly suggest you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office when you send an item back.

4. Please note returns outside the UK are not Freepost and the customer must pay the return postage costs.
